After 10 years refining his craft in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery within a university hospital's plastic surgery department, he went on to perform more than 2,000 procedures a year at a leading aesthetic clinic. Specializing in rhinoplasty and eye surgery, he has now completed over 15,000 procedures in total.

In 2020 he founded Aoki Beauty Clinic. By uniting the safety of a plastic-surgery foundation with attentive counseling that honors each patient's ideals, the clinic sustains a repeat rate of over 85%.
